INSTRUCTIONS on how to submit your data to us for statistical analyses

Submitting your data is very simple.

You should submit your data in an Excel or Word file format (which you may have it already). SEE EXAMPLES below. If your data are in a type of file other than Excel or Word, please contact us.

You should include in your file the independent variables (i.e., factors along with levels within them) and the dependent variables (outcomes) you wish (see examples below).

If your (raw) data file already includes some variables that you do not wish to include in the statistical analyses, you can either delete those from the file, or leave them as they are in the file and our statistical analyses will automatically exclude them.

The following are only examples. Your can include in your data file (in columns) any combination of the following independent variables and dependent variables (outcomes), or anything else that is not listed below but that you believe should be included (particularly for RESEARCH PURPOSE analyses). It is "your" data, and you decide which factors to analyze.

 

Examples of Independent Variables as Covariates:

  • Patient's Unique ID (Optional: As this is not a variable, it is not required to perform the statistical analyses. So if you wish, you may not include this information in the file).

  • Patient's Age (for autologous cycles).

  • Egg Donor's Age (for egg-donor cycles; optional).

  • Egg Recipient's Age (for egg-donor cycles; optional).

  • Autologous Fresh Cycles: Ages: <35 / 35-37 / 38-40 / 41-42 / >42 (optional: you can have <35 category broken down to <30 & 31-34)

  • Donor-Egg Fresh Cycles

  • Autologous FET Cycles

  • Donor Egg FET Cycles
